• Emergency or life-threatening conditions must be treated at the nearest hospital; TrueMed is not an emergency service.

3. User Responsibilities

• Lab samples may be processed by TrueMed or authorized diagnostic partners.
• Report delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on test type.
• You agree not to alter or misrepresent lab reports provided by TrueMed.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required for services at the time of booking or during the clinic visit. Refund eligibility (if any) depends on the nature of service, test type and operational feasibility. Certain diagnostic tests are non-refundable once samples are collected.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. TrueMed follows applicable Indian laws for protection of personal and sensitive medical information.

8. Restrictions on Use

• You may not copy, modify or distribute any content from our website/app without permission.
• You may not use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access our systems.
• You may not impersonate another person or provide fake medical information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, UI designs, text, images, medical illustrations and software, are the property of TrueMed or its licensors. You may not reuse them without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TrueMed will not be liable for:

• Any damages arising from misuse of the website, app or patient portal.
• Delays in report delivery due to technical or operational reasons.
• Errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user.
• Third-party service downtime, such as SMS gateways or hosting providers.

11. Telemedicine & Online Consultations

• Consultations are provided as per Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (India).
• Doctors rely on information shared by the patient; accuracy is essential.
• Some conditions may require in-person examination and cannot be treated online.

12. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if we suspect misuse, fraud, non-compliance with these Terms, or any activity that may harm TrueMed systems or other users.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
